Community Rewards Program
Effective Date: April 28, 2026
The Community Rewards Program (the "Program") is a promotional loyalty program operated by DSTLRY Media, Inc. d/b/a Neon Ichiban ("Ichiban," "we," "us," or "our") through the Neon Ichiban digital comics and manga platform located at neonichiban.com (the "Platform"). The Program allows eligible participants ("Participants") to earn digital store credit ("Reward Credit") by posting community discussion threads about comics and manga available in the Platform catalog.
These Community Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (these "Program Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms, as well as the Neon Ichiban Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Program Terms and the Neon Ichiban Terms of Service, these Program Terms shall control with respect to the Program.
To participate in the Program, you must:
Residency: Be a legal resident of the United States.
Age: Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is greater).
Account: Have a valid Neon Ichiban account in good standing.
Single Account: Maintain only one (1) Neon Ichiban account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional Reward Credit is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all Reward Credit and possible account termination.
Employee Exclusion: Not be an employee, officer, director, or contractor of DSTLRY Media, Inc. or its affiliates, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
Participation in the Program is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state, or local law. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any Participant who does not meet the requirements above.
Eligible Participants earn Reward Credit by posting qualifying reviews, ratings, and discussion threads on comic and manga title pages within the Platform. The current reward structure — including credit amounts per review, any ownership bonuses, and any per-Participant earning caps — is published on the Program page at https://neonichiban.com/hubs/community/review-policy (the "Program Page").
Reward Structure: The specific Reward Credit amounts, bonus tiers, and earning caps applicable to the Program are set forth on the Program Page and may be updated at any time at our sole discretion. By participating, you agree to the reward structure in effect at the time of your participation.
One Thread Per Title: Only one (1) qualifying thread per title per Participant will earn Reward Credit. Duplicate threads on the same title will not earn additional credit.
Credit amounts, earning methods, and program structures are subject to change at our sole discretion without amendment to these Program Terms.
To qualify for Reward Credit, a discussion thread must meet all of the following requirements:
(a) Good Faith Opinion. The thread must contain your honest, genuine opinion about the comic or manga. You are not required to post a positive review. Positive, negative, and mixed opinions all qualify equally.
(b) Minimum Substance. The thread must contain a meaningful contribution to community discussion. Threads that consist solely of emojis, single words, gibberish, copied text, AI-generated text, or repetitive/template content do not qualify.
(c) Original Content. The thread must be your own original work. Plagiarized, copied, purely AI-generated, or substantially duplicated content does not qualify.
(d) Community Guidelines. The thread must comply with the Neon Ichiban Community Guidelines. Threads containing hate speech, harassment, spam, illegal content, or other violations do not qualify and may result in account action.
All threads are subject to our review. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any thread that does not meet the qualifying requirements and/or to revoke Reward Credit that was issued for a thread later determined to be ineligible.
In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the FTC's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials:
Automatic Labeling. All discussion threads that earn Reward Credit will be automatically labeled on the Platform with a visible badge indicating the incentive received. This label cannot be removed by the Participant and is visible to all Platform visitors. This labeling constitutes disclosure of the material connection between you and Ichiban.
Material Connection. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that receiving Reward Credit constitutes a material connection between you and Ichiban that must be disclosed to consumers.
Off-Platform Sharing. If you share or republish your discussion thread content outside the Platform (e.g., on social media, blogs, or other websites), you are solely responsible for clearly disclosing that you received compensation from Neon Ichiban for the review. Example disclosure: "I received store credit from Neon Ichiban for this review."
Redemption: Reward Credit may only be applied toward the purchase of digital comics, manga, and related content on the Neon Ichiban Platform. Reward Credit is applied at checkout and reduces the amount owed by the Participant.
No Cash Value: Reward Credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn from your Neon Ichiban account. Reward Credit cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency or any other form of currency or value.
Non-Transferable: Reward Credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another person or account.
No Expiration: Reward Credit does not expire, provided your Neon Ichiban account remains active and in good standing. If your account is terminated for cause, any remaining Reward Credit will be forfeited.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt or use of Reward Credit, to the extent required by applicable law.
Discussion threads posted under the Program constitute User Content as defined in the Neon Ichiban Terms of Service. By posting a discussion thread, you grant Ichiban a limited license to use, display, host, store, reproduce, and distribute your thread content in connection with operating the Platform, including displaying threads in community discussion pages, trending feeds, marketing materials, and related features. You retain ownership of your original content. Ichiban does not claim ownership of your User Content.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of all Reward Credit, and/or suspension or termination of your Neon Ichiban account:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, with or without notice. This includes, without limitation, the right to:
In the event we terminate the Program, any Reward Credit already issued to your account will remain valid and redeemable for as long as your account remains active and in good standing, unless otherwise required by law. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes to these Program Terms via the Platform or email, but are not obligated to do so.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICHIBAN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REWARD CREDIT, INABILITY TO REDEEM REWARD CREDIT, OR PROGRAM MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF REWARD CREDIT ISSUED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program or these Program Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in the Neon Ichiban Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. To the extent the Neon Ichiban Terms of Service require binding arbitration, that requirement applies equally to disputes arising under these Program Terms. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Program Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent preempted by federal law. You and Ichiban agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for any actions not subject to arbitration.

The Program is a feature of the Neon Ichiban Platform. Your use of the Platform, including the redemption of Reward Credit, is governed by the Neon Ichiban Terms of Service. These Program Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Neon Ichiban Terms of Service.
