In the late 1930s, the superhero known as the High fought to defend the helpless during a time of depression and war... until one day he vanished from view. Appearing only sporadically since that time, and only during moments of great political turmoil, the High ultimately took a seat atop the tallest peak of the Rocky Mountains -- and began to envision a plan for a world free of violence and oppression. It's been 10 years, and the High has finally decided what needs to be done, and by whom... and StormWatch will never see them coming.
